We accompany your project from the initial idea all the way to realisation - including customer-oriented project consulting.
Our engineering department develops precise, customised solutions that are precisely tailored to your individual requirements.
We combine our proven water technology and utilise it to develop innovative solutions to meet your exact requirements.
Our manufacturer service and original spare parts ensure smooth operation, consistent quality and reduced costs.
Herco realises customised water treatment systems with throughput capacities of up to 50 m³/h per system. Due to modular combinations, these systems can be flexibly expanded to achieve significantly higher operational flows. Our customised solutions combine proven processes with solution-oriented engineering and durable system technology. The result: robust, precisely manufactured systems that work reliably - even under demanding operating conditions.
Each system is verified in our own test centre and fully documented. Original spare parts and our service ensure long-term safe and efficient operation.
Project example:
Reverse osmosis system with integrated concentrate stage for dairy
Up to 90 % permeate yield compared to the usage of fresh water
Project example:
Stainless steel production unit for the pharmaceutical industry
Production of purified water, consisting of pre-treatment, RO and EDI
Project example:
High-purity boiler feed water for turbine operation
Ultrafiltration UF6D8 and multi-stage reverse osmosis with electrodeionisation
Project example:
Containerised ultrapure water system for testing PEM stacks
40' high-cube container with two UO and one EDI stage
We offer holistic solutions for breweries, dairies and beverage producers - from planning and production to flexible services.
Modular cooling systems ensure continuous water treatment for energy-efficient and reliable data centres.
Compact container solutions for ultrapure water treatment allow an efficient and sustainable hydrogen production in decentralised electrolysis units.
Mobile ultrapure water systems fulfil the highest pharmaceutical standards and enable flexible, GMP-conforming production worldwide.
Special systems are individually developed water treatment systems that are adapted precisely to the technical, spatial and process-related requirements of a project. Herco designs these customised systems based on proven technologies - from planning to commissioning.
Water treatment (individual) in a Herco customised system is based on an individual combination of processes - e.g. reverse osmosis, EDI, ion exchange or ultrafiltration. Selection is based on the raw water analysis, target parameters and customer-specific requirements.
Specialised systems are used wherever standard solutions are not sufficient - for example where space is limited, specific water qualities or industry-specific requirements apply. Herco offers solutions for industrial enterprises that have special requirements in terms of technology, documentation or hygiene.
Herco provides personal and practical support for every project - from the initial consultation to technical planning and implementation. Close coordination with the customer plays a key role. Our teams of experts ensure smooth realisation in terms of time, quality and functionality.
Customised systems from Herco can be flexibly adapted, have a modular design and are precisely tailored to the installation site. The combination of proven technology and customised upgrades results in durable, reliable systems with high efficiency and low operating costs.
All specialised systems are evaluated in a functional check in the Herco test field at the factory. In addition, structured documentation, CE conformity and optional industry-specific certifications ensure maximum operational safety and long-term availability.
