Reduced water consumption

Our multi-stage reverse osmosis systems (UO KR series) achieve a maximum permeate yield of up to 90 per cent. This drastically reduces both fresh water consumption and wastewater production.

ZLD and Water Reuse

ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharges) and water-reuse concepts are at the forefront of our developments to achieve maximum efficiency. After all, a closed-loop system means that not a single drop of water is wasted.

Up to 50 % electricity savings

By using highly efficient high-pressure pumps with integrated variable-frequency drive technology as standard, the system dynamically adapts to actual demand and significantly reduces energy consumption.

The objective of a carbon-neutral production

We are constantly working to decarbonise our facility in Freiberg am Neckar. We are minimising direct CO₂ emissions from our manufacturing operations by systematically expanding our energy efficiency measures.

Sustainable energy management

Our commercial buildings have been fully converted to energy-efficient LED lighting. The future energy supply will be further optimised from an environmental perspective through the installation of our own photovoltaic system in combination with a modern industrial heat pump.

Resource efficiency in operations

In our production processes, we are pursuing ambitious targets for reducing our consumption of energy, water and packaging materials, whilst at the same time increasing our recycling rates.

Closed water circuits

Our test facility utilises an intelligent water recycling system to ensure that the necessary test runs of our new systems are as water-efficient as possible.

Climate protection through local logistics

We rely on an established, regional network of suppliers in Baden-Württemberg. The short transport distances minimise logistics-related CO₂ emissions, whilst at the same time strengthening the resilience of our supply chains against global disruptions.

Future-oriented mobility

Our company vehicle fleet is gradually being converted to modern hybrid and electric powered vehicles. We also encourage cycling by offering leasing schemes to our staff and by providing showers.
