Herco employees participate in the Trollinger Marathon once again

On 10 May 2026, Herco participated in the Heilbronn Trollinger Marathon – known across the region as the 'Trolli' – once again. At the 24th edition of the event, our six-strong team tackled the challenging routes through the Heilbronn vineyards.

Even in the early hours of the morning, it became clear that, in addition to the elevation gain, the high temperatures would pose an extra challenge. Nevertheless, the Hercowater team, consisting of returning runners and joined by new colleagues, covered a total of 97.5 kilometres together.

A big complement to our team for this outstanding performance:

• Marathon, 42.2 km: Andreas Pentke
• Half Marathon, 21,1 km: Cesar Pinto
• 10 km: Fabianna Soares, Walter Göhring, Michael Sverak
• One-tenth Run, 4.2 km: Christian Krumbholz

With around 11,000 participants and yet another fully booked event, the Heilbronn Trollinger Marathon ranks among the largest running events in the region. In addition to the sporting competitions, the varied supporting programme around the Frankenstadion and the special atmosphere along the route ensured a successful event.

For Team Herco, the focus was not only on sporting performance but also, in particular, on social interaction and team spirit. Events such as the Trollinger Marathon offer the opportunity to bring colleagues together outside the daily work routine.
