Staff Assembly at Herco in the New Facilities of Werk2

On Tuesday the staff assembly of Herco Wassertechnik GmbH took place in the new premises of Werk2.

Despite ongoing operations, all employees came together to receive first-hand information on the company’s current developments and strategic plans for the future.

The focus was on Herco’s direction and current status. Key topics included concrete measures for sustainable and future-proof development. One major subject was Herco’s commitment to achieving CO₂ neutrality, including initial investment steps and technological milestones, presented by our Managing Director Edwin Locker.

The PWG was also represented, with Steven De Bondt and Sven Ameye participating in the assembly.

A special highlight was the introduction of the Herco AI, which will play a key role in optimising internal processes and increasing efficiency in water treatment. It provided an exciting first glimpse into Herco’s digital future.
