Herco Summer Festival 2026

The Herco Summer Festival 2026 took place on Friday afternoon.

For the occasion, the cool production hall became a meeting point for employees from all areas of the company. Colleagues came together at beer garden tables to enjoy food and conversation. The menu included grilled food, fresh side dishes from the buffet, potato salad and a wide selection of vegetables. Drinks included lemonades, non-alcoholic beer, wheat beer, shandy and, of course, water.

A long-standing tradition was continued again this year: the management team stood behind the grill themselves and served freshly grilled food to the workforce. A large number of employees attended. Some colleagues even travelled in especially from their home offices to take part in the summer festival. After the shared meal, everyone was treated to an ice cream. The afternoon ended in a relaxed atmosphere with many personal conversations. The summer festival has been an integral part of company life at Herco for many years. It offers an opportunity to come together outside everyday working routines, strengthen communication and promote team spirit across departmental boundaries.
