Herco Wassertechnik supports the use of mobile water laboratories in Nimule, South Sudan, for the on-site analysis of chemical, physical and microbiological parameters. The high-precision technology improves water quality control in remote regions and contributes to a safe drinking water supply.

Herco is expanding its site in Freiberg to increase capacity and efficiency. Additional production space is being created in Werk2 and the renovation is already underway.

This year, Herco is once again making donations to non-profit organisations at Christmas. In this article we present the projects and initiatives for people and nature.

After a bus journey through hail and rain, we arrived at the Kraxlalm in Rutesheim in the sunshine on 28 June 2024. To the surprise of most of the participants, we didn't go climbing again, but instead tried our hand at various team sports this time.

Herco supports regional nature conservation projects with a company donation to the local BUND organisation in Freiberg. The organisation selects environmental projects in the region and uses the money to preserve our natural resources. One example is the renaturalisation project ‘From field to insect meadow’.

Herco supports projects for a sustainable water supply in South Sudan. When clean water is scarce or when people have unequal or no access to drinking water, tensions within communities or between countries are inevitable.

This year, our regional Christmas donation will once again go to a children's and youth hospice and to an organisation that fulfils the wishes of sick children or children in life crises.

Herco has been supporting charitable organisations and aid projects for years.
